Torregrossa Insurance is pleased to announce an expansion office on the East Coast of the United States.   Agents Dallas & Amie Balla are licensed in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.  Dallas is certified for Health on the Virginia Marketplace and also certified to sell Medicare products in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
